What is CR?
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered 12-step program for those who are ready to embark on a journey of real and lasting change.
What are Share Groups?
Share Groups offer a chance for all of us to hear from others on how they are walking out the 12 Steps of Celebrate Recovery. Share Groups also give you a place to share your story — but sharing is never mandatory or forced. At no time will you be asked to say anything or be put on the spot during your time in a Share Group.
Why should I come?
Do you have a hurt, habit, or hang-up that either gets you into trouble or hinders your life in some way? We all do. The truth is, you may not even know what it is yet. Celebrate Recovery has an amazing track record of helping us identify what those things are, and then giving us tools, and surrounding us with community to help us live in freedom.
What is the purpose?
The purpose of our Celebrate Recovery ministry is to fellowship and celebrate God´s healing power in our lives through the 12 Steps and 8 Recovery Principles.
This experience allows us to be changed.
We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths, and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God´s grace in solving our lives´ problems.
This experience allows us to be changed.
We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths, and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God´s grace in solving our lives´ problems.
By working and applying these Biblical principles, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive, and dysfunctional behaviors.
This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others. As we progress through the program, we discover our personal, loving, and forgiving Higher Power - Jesus Christ.

"I am proud to be one of ‘those people’ because we are ALL ‘those people.’
Celebrate Recovery is for ALL people."
- Niki
Serenity Prayer
God, grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardship as a pathway to peace;
Taking, as Jesus did, this sinful world as it is,
Not as I would have it.
Trusting that You will make all things right
If I surrender to Your will,
So that I may be reasonably happy in this life,
And supremely happy with You forever in the next.
Amen.

Share Group Guidelines
To ensure that Celebrate Recovery is a safe place, the following five guidelines are followed in all share groups:
Guideline One
Keep your sharing focused on your own thoughts and feelings. Please limit your sharing to 3-5 minutes.
Guideline Two
There will be no “cross talk,” please. Cross talk is when two individuals engage in conversation excluding all others. Each person is free to express his or her feelings without interruptions.
Guideline Three
We are here to support one another, not “fix” another.
Guideline Four
Anonymity and confidentiality are basic requirements. What is shared in the group stays in the group. The only exception is when someone threatens to injure themselves or others.
Guideline Five
Offensive language has no place in a Christ-centered recovery group.
